A seasoned attorney that has helped grow Bornstein Law for over 17 years, Kathryn Quetel has had an imprint in just about every facet of real estate law.

If you ask her, though, her greatest passion is resolving landlord-tenant disputes and helping rental property owners achieve successful outcomes in her regular appearances before the San Francisco Rent Board.

She is also keen at negotiating tenant buyouts for the purpose of selling property, and is a respected expert in solving more complex cases involving real estate litigation facing the Bay Area’s largest residential and commercial property management companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ishmael Meyers of the U.S. Virgin Islands Superior Court. Ms. Quetel is a member of both the State Bar of California and the U.S. Virgin Islands Bar Association.

She is a graduate of the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
